All VARMORA tiles are crafted from Ukraine ball-clay mixed in fully-automated weighing and feeding systems. The raw material is then ground in ball mills. The company uses state of the art technology ultra modern 6400 MT presses with ISO static punches, from SACMI (Italy) with technical collaboration from ITACA(Spain). This ensures minimum moisture remains in the raw material. The required designs are screen printing. The process involved ensures that ink reaches the maximum depth so as to impart longevity and endurance of design.

The tiles are fired in a 159 metre long kiln from SACMI(Italy) and finally polished on a 48 head polishing machine. The ready tiles are packed in corrugated boxes and stored ready for delivery. The highly automated process ensures that quality remains consistent and that the first human hands that touch the products are yours.
